Chai Banana Bread

Mini chai banana bread loaves! Because everything is so much cuter in mini form. Plus, these bake and cool much faster. Meaning that I can eat them quicker, it’s a win-win.

I absolutely love anything that is chai spiced, maybe even more than pumpkin spice. The spices are so warm and lovely, which pairs perfectly with the banana bread and isn’t overwhelming. You could leave out the cardamom if you don’t have it, but I really think it adds an extra oomph to the recipe. It’s worth the addition to your spice cabinet.

I’ve just started watching The Great British Bake Off on Netflix, I don’t know why it took me so long to hop on the band wagon. I am absolutely obsessed with the show, and it is inspiring me to bake more this fall and winter. I think that Mary Berry would def approve of these little loaves. They are the perfect accompaniment to a cup of coffee or tea (especially tea).
