Not all pumpkin things need to be sweet or spiced, I really wanted to share something pumpkin-ey but a little different. The result was this gorgeous, crusty loaf of bread.
I based this off of one of my favorite bread recipes, Mark Bittman’s no-knead bread. It is super easy, and the result is so good. The outside is nice and crusty, perfect for dipping into soup as we get into the cooler weather.
I think this is the perfect beginner bread recipe as well. Most of the prep is hands off, as it needs to rise overnight. It is essentially fool proof, and it is so lovely to have fresh baked bread. My apartment smelled incredible on a rainy Sunday after baking this loaf.
I tweaked Mark Bittman’s recipe
If you make this please #cozyeatsblog so I can see!
