Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies

I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as too much chocolate, especially on a Monday.

Valentine's Day is tomorrow, so if you are looking for something sweet to make for your significant other or gal pal (or just yourself, you do you boo) this would be it. You could even use a cookie cutter to cut them into heart shapes. I personally love that cheesy stuff, no shame. Nothing screams true love like chocolate and peanut butter. 

Plus, homemade gifts are always the best. Who needs Russel Stover when you can make a batch of these? 

I have pretty high standards when it comes to brownies. They have to be fudgey, I can't do a cakey brownie, and they have to be rich and over the top. I'm the type of person that doesn't like anything but their desserts super sweet. No sugared up coffee or teas, but brownies need to ridiculous. These brownies are super dense and fudgey, and beyond rich with the peanut butter and ganache. So. Freaking. Good. Ugh.

These are super easy to whip up too, you only need one big bowl! And a small one for the ganache, but still. The less dishes the better, right? You could certainly eat these warm, but I find it easier to slice them when they are completely cool. If you are taking these somewhere I would suggest waiting until they are cooled to get those nice slices.
