This dip was sooo easy to throw together. The tahini and miso give it a tangy flavor that goes really well with the sweet potato chips. This is a perfect easy appetizer, or something to snack on throughout the week.
The springy pretty colors make me so happy. There's something about bright, good for you food that perks me up. Especially since the weather here has been incredible the past few days.
