I have a couple of festive recipes for you today, since Christmas Eve is tomorrow.
The hot chocolate recipe makes one big mug, so it would be totally fine to split this between two people. I used gingerbread flavors with the chocolate to jazz it up a bit, then topped it off with whipped coconut cream (omg) and crushed ginger cookies. It's super rich, but so good.
The cookies I made are based off of Jessica's recipe , the only change I made was swapping the peanut butter cups for chopped peppermint bark. If you needed a last minute cookie idea, then this is for you. They are so, so chocolaty and amazing. The peppermint bark adds a little holiday flair to these, but it is not an overwhelming flavor.
