Banana Nutella Swirl Muffins

Um hi, these muffins. It was really hard to not inhale all 12 of them. There are still 3 sitting on my counter and they are taunting me. The struggle is real.

I also had a massive fail and forget to buy paper liners, and of course I realized this when I had made the batter and was ready to bake the muffins. So I used little squares of parchment paper instead. And it worked! 

This is also a never ending battle. Percy is either trying to eat everything I need to photograph, or biff it around. 

I am sure a recipe like this has been done a million times before, but that's okay. The banana recipe is one that my mom makes all the time, so I decided to switch it up a bit. I subbed greek yogurt for sour cream, and coconut oil for the butter. She usually uses chocolate chips, but I was obsessed with the idea of nutella swirled in the batter. So there's melty nutella on the tops of the muffins, it is ridiculously good. 

^^See that melted nutella goodness up there?? I just want to face plant into that.
