These are little balls of coconutty joy. They didn’t last long, and now I want to make more. Especially while editing these pictures.
I feel like this is one of those easier holiday recipes that looks like you put a lot of work into it. There are a few steps in this recipe, but not an overwhelming amount. The salted caramel might seem a little intimidating, but it’s actually really simple. Once you make home made caramel you will never go back.
These are over the top good, and you need them in your life. Also, a note about the caramel: it needs to be drizzled on top immediately, otherwise it will set into a caramel blob. I had a bit of extra caramel after this, ha.
