Yay for healthy desserts!
You get your chocolate fix, and a good dose of super foods with this dessert. It's the best of both worlds.
The ingredients are really simple in this recipe.
Sweet ground cocoa.
Blue agave syrup, for just a touch more sweetness.
All mixed and ready to hang out in the fridge for a bit. I left mine overnight.
Now, I think the most important part is the toppings. I topped mine with coconut whipped cream (YUM). I used Shutterbean's method, and the coconut cream from Trader Joe's.
Then one with fresh raspberries and shredded coconut (toasted coconut would be amazing too).
Then another with cacao nibs and sliced almonds. This was probably my favorite combo out of the two.
